Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Group Size Policy Minimum Group Size: Certain experiences (like our Day Trips and Food Tours) require a minimum of 3 participants to run. If the minimum is not met 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the experience will be rescheduled or canceled. If canceled, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to switch to an alternative date. Cancellations & Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your booking without any fees, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to show up for your service, will result in forfeiture of your payment/deposit. Weather & Safety: Outdoor tours are subject to weather conditions. If we must cancel due to severe weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Late Arrivals: For Online Consultations: We offer a 10-minute grace period before the session is marked as a no-show. For In-Person Tours: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Tours leave exactly on time, and missed tours due to lateness cannot be refunded.
